Gaithersburg is in Maryland, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Gaithersburg follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Unfortunately, this is the only I guess you would consider health store in the area. The produce is a hit or miss beware of that. This store has majority of minorities that work here from all different type of ethnic/cultural backgrounds. In this day and age, no one has the right to pass judgment on anyone based on their skin color, how they look or what background they come from. Aren’t we dealing with it enough? So I’m uncertain on why some of the employees feel the need to do so here? Based on the reviews at this location, I’m not alone with feeling the discrimination that others have experienced. I trust that management takes the time to do some sort of internal investigation.

Whole Foods used to be my favorite store. Notice the past tense! I was still going, but the changes were obvious. More non-organic food, etc... and they are still selling the Taylor Farms products! But now, at Whole Foods, this is not about reading the labels, it's to read them and see what's missing from them. I don't cook much and enjoy their meals to go, mostly anything with salmon. Lately, I noticed that the salmon looked fatter! This time, I went to pick up some cooked salmon but looked at the label, and it said "salmon". Thank you Whole Foods! That much I knew without reading it but no mention if it were wild caught or farm raised. I do not do farm raised and as a matter of fact, if I used to go to Whole Foods, it's to get healthier food! I asked the Customer Service where the salmon came from, and they told me it was "farm raised". So, thank you, but no thank you! They are selling Driscoll's raspberries to name one supposedly organic but I do not believe they could be that organic, if the field next door aka 25ft to 30ft away is growing non organic raspberries filled with all the good stuff (flunicamid, fludioxonil, TFNG, THPI, and 8 other pesticides). What if there is win

I am disappointed by my experience at Whole Foods. During my visit, I felt that I was treated differently from other customers based on my background. The behavior of some employees came across as dismissive and disrespectful, while other shoppers appeared to receive more courteous service. Everyone deserves to be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect when shopping. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. Discrimination, whether intentional or not, creates an uncomfortable environment and can make customers feel unwelcome. I hope Whole Foods takes concerns like this seriously, reviews its customer service practices, and provides appropriate training to ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

I had a disappointing experience at the Whole Foods prepared foods counter on June 5, 2026 at approximately 3:00 PM. During my interaction with Team Lead Ben and another male employee, I felt that I was treated in a sarcastic, condescending, and dismissive manner. I have been a loyal Whole Foods customer for approximately 20 years, which made this experience especially disappointing. Throughout those years, I have generally come to expect a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and respect. Rather than receiving helpful customer service, I left feeling belittled and uncomfortable. The tone and attitude displayed during the interaction were unprofessional and did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from Whole Foods. Most concerning, I left the interaction feeling that I was not being treated with the same level of respect that should be afforded to every customer. As a woman, the dismissive and condescending manner in which I was spoken to left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. I later spoke with the store manager about the incident. While I appreciated the opportunity to raise my concerns, I am not confident that the behavior

I purchased a bag of lemons from this store on October 21, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. I usually buy individual lemons here and they’re always fresh, but I decided to try the bagged ones this time β€” and regretted it immediately. When I got home and opened the bag, several lemons were already moldy, soft, and split open. Clearly, these were in poor condition before being put on the shelf. For a store that charges premium prices, this level of quality control is unacceptable. I expect better oversight of produce quality β€” especially for pre-packaged items. Please ensure that bagged fruits are properly inspected before being sold.
